The first thing I remember about Palma is how the space is filled with fresh roses. This cozy Italian mainstay is the perfect spot for a romantic date night or an intimate dinner with friends. The menu maintains faithful to generations or recipes and techniques.Palma also prides itself in using only the freshest ingredients and that freshness is evident in each dish.
Palma started her career as a caterer for photoshoots and built a cult following in the fashion industry. The menu is simple but rich in flavor. Some memorable dishes include: Crispy artichokes, Grilled Octopus, the Spinach Agnolotti and grilled Branzino. My drink of choice here is the La Vie En Rosé seen below.
