There are a few things that can instantly make me happy and one of those things is of course Ice Cream! I kept seeing Insider videos for Bingbox Snow Cream and I couldn’t help but drag myself all the way downtown to try it for myself.
Bingbox serves modern Korean shaved ice (bingsu) in various flavors. We tried the honeydew and lychee flavors and both were truly delicious. You can top your shaved ice with a million different toppings! My favorite toppings are the lychee jelly and mochi balls.
This sweet treat is a great alternative to traditional ice cream and frozen yogurt (glorified ice cream in my opinion) since it’s made from low-fat milk. They also have a selection of hot and cold drinks including bubble tea which I love!
